PPO plan with an emphasis on preventive care at 100% with no deductible; includes basic, major, and orthodontic benefits.

Offered in conjunction with medical coverage, plan covers 100% of the cost up to the benefit maximums for eye exams, lenses, and frames.

Pay Continuation on Medical Leaves
Zenith provides full or partial salary continuation (when coordinated with other benefits received) to employees on approved short-term medical leave, payable
up to 180 calendar days.

Paid Parental Leave
Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave following the birth of the employee’s child or the legal placement of a child in connection with adoption.

Life and AD&D
Basic term life and AD&D insurance of 3x salary up to $750,000 is paid by Zenith. There is an option to purchase additional coverage at group rates for yourself, spouse, and children.

Disability Insurance
Long-term disability insurance paid by Zenith helps protect salary due to illness or injury, if disabled beyond 180 calendar days.

401(k) Plan
401(k) Plan with a competitive matching contribution of 75% on the first 6% of
pay that you contribute to the plan; includes wide range of investments and a
Roth 401(k) after-tax option.

Employee Share Purchase Plan
Opportunity to purchase shares in Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (Zenith’s parent company) through payroll deductions of 1% to 10% of your base salary; Zenith matches 30% of your contributions each pay period and adds another 20% in the years we make an underwriting profit.

Be The Difference Program
Provides ongoing support to purpose-driven, selected national charities through recurring payroll donations.

Disaster Relief Program
Aims to provide ongoing aid and respond to critical relief efforts for major domestic and international incidents in partnership with Red Cross through recurring payroll donations.

Matching Gift Program
Encourages employees to financially support qualified organizations of their choice by matching donated funds.

Volunteer Grant Program
Rewards employees who make a commitment of their personal time to support charitable organizations in their community by donating to an eligible organization on their behalf.

Regional Volunteer Program
Encourages employees to make a commitment of their personal time to support charitable organizations in the community by providing opportunities and paid volunteer hours.

Give Together Campaign
This annual, week-long campaign is designed for employees to come together to make a difference as “One Zenith” and give back to the community. During this week, the entire organization is engaged in fun and rewarding daily opportunities for employees to donate time and/or money. All proceeds of this campaign are matched by Zenith and go directly to two, Zenith-selected, charitable organizations.

duty, personal, and floating holidays, as well as paid parental leave.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a confidential 24-hour resource for those who need help with personal concerns — emotional, marital, financial, legal, stress, and more. There’s no charge for up to eight counseling sessions with an EAP network provider.

Brightside Health Virtual Mental Health Network
Provides mental health services including weekly video sessions with a therapist, on-line skill building therapy lessons and practice, video consultations with a psychiatric provider as needed, unlimited messaging with your providers, and more.
